Hi ,does any one no if its possible to run 13inch rims with xt130 struts and sumitomo twin pot calipers.

 

Ive heard yes you can ,but not sure what rims they use :)

 

Ive also been told no way.Currently running 14inch mits rims because the standard 13s hit calipers.

inside of the rim has to be square up against the face. stock rolla rims wont fit.

 

13x7 hotwires fitted. gotta remember the XT130 has a offsetted hub, so gives you a tad more room.

The conversion guides I have read all said 14's were necessary.

 

 

Believe me when I say, they were a VERY tight fit.

 

13" can fit. But, not alot of types will. Save the hassle and go with > 13".

13 x6 superlites 13x5.5 superlites with a 3 mm spacer 13x7 rebels will fit

Any idea on what those rims are blinded? i have a set but one buckled

To be honest mate, I have no idea!

 

I couldn't find any brands/names on them, only just a small 13 x 6 stamped on the outside hub mounting face. I have seen a fair few sets getting about, so I'd image they are probably just some generic ROH/Cheviot rim.

yeah mine are 13x6. thats all i could find on them :wink:
