It's not a hard thing to do, if it's beyond your capabilities, chances are you don't understand how it'll f@$k up your car's handling too.

 

if you want the down low look, spend some coin on some superlow springs. they're not expensive.

also, by the time you fart around paying someone to do an illegal mod.. you could have spent the same or not much more buying a hacksaw or angle grinder from bunnings and done it yourself.
