Hey guys, i've spend a while searching on this forum for a 5k supercharged pictures, but only manage to find a 5k/4k EFI set-up. Just wanted to know if any 1 out there that has a 5k carbi set-up.

Interested in supercharging my 5k (with 32/36 carbi) just wanted to get rough view of some fotos with the draw through set-up. And I'm not after "maximum power or psi". Just time for something new and different

Looked up alot of previous 4k set-ups.. alot more technical than i thought

Cheers

Ross

G`day mate, I`m thinking of using a sc12 on my 5k, but the word from all the so called experts where I live is that the sc12 is not suitable for a draw thru setup. Something to do with the innards of the sc not being able to cop it. I`m now thinking of a blow thru setup, which in itself is a pretty simple way to go.

If you get any positive answers to your question, be sure to post them here so everyone can have a look.

Good luck.

Old Fella.

i always get confused...drawthrough is when the s/c sucks the petrol from the carby and blows it in the manifold

and a blowthrough is when the sc blows air from the top of of the carby in like sum kind of air box ontop of the manifold?

am i right? ahhaha :bash:
