Teddy Posted February 2, 2004 Report Posted February 2, 2004 Hey all! Ive got an idea! Durning this year when people get out to various events, we should try and get as much video foot-ige (new word) as possible so we could make some sort of yearly video which has clips from all the events we have gone to ! (as well as still photo shots !) Any ideas? Ive had a lota practice in this area b 4, so id be happy to compile a good video with some music or what eva :D Teddy Quote
irokin Posted February 2, 2004 Report Posted February 2, 2004 I'm up for that... sounds like a good idea... burn em to VCD for whatever price to cover costs and fund a rollaclub bbq :D Quote
Teddy Posted February 2, 2004 Author Report Posted February 2, 2004 this is sounding good! Now that i have a dvd player & burner, tv 'in' card and video editing software... I'm set ! Quote
Medicine_Man Posted February 2, 2004 Report Posted February 2, 2004 I'll be willing to burn / copy DVD format if someone can transfer it to a computer format.. Quote
Teddy Posted February 2, 2004 Author Report Posted February 2, 2004 Sounds good. Do we have any movies taken so far which i could start to play around with / edit? - pictures? Teddy Quote
irokin Posted February 2, 2004 Report Posted February 2, 2004 should have the choice between VCD and DVD...not al people have DVD players (i do however :D) but I'm assuming all the people on here have computers...if not WHAT THE FUNK?! Quote
Teddy Posted February 2, 2004 Author Report Posted February 2, 2004 lol yeah - i can do both formats - got most of the stuff to do it. Quote
Medicine_Man Posted February 2, 2004 Report Posted February 2, 2004 DVD would be better quality though.. Quote
Teddy Posted February 2, 2004 Author Report Posted February 2, 2004 dvd is much better quality of course! just have to find out some numbers later on down the track - who wants what format. Quote
Ruts Posted February 2, 2004 Report Posted February 2, 2004 There is also the option of S-VCD higher quality - playable with dvd software on a pc or in a normal dvd player but still on a cd instead of a dvd - cause plenty of DVD players still don't like burnt dvds but play s-vcd Quote
Teddy Posted February 2, 2004 Author Report Posted February 2, 2004 very good point - come to think of it ive, i have a few or those.. Quote
