All KE1x series I've seen have that horrible tear in the hood lining where the mounting points are - maybe the hood lining was cut from the factory but belts not installed. Had belts in the rear although they were only lap sash belts and it looked to be a home job or a job done by a so called professional. No rear seat belts and Just looked in my Toyota parts book for KE1X and can't see rear belts listed in any of them apart from the Jap released 4 dr KE1X. And there lap sashes.
