ROLLA FOR L1FE Posted December 15, 2010 Report Posted December 15, 2010 i have really low oil pressure in my 3k.. when at idle its about 5, and at high revs 6000rpm+ its about 20-30. we have tried 3 types of oils in it. 25-50w, 10-14w, and sunthetic? or somnthing like that. motors only about 1 month old and around 2 hours running time. its just got pulled down and the bearings are fine. please help cheers Quote

eberbs Posted December 15, 2010 Report Posted December 15, 2010 (edited) sump must be off/dissy removed. remove oil pump securing bolt (1 10mm bolt) remove the split pin SLOWLY spring will pop out with like a washer. all 3mm of spacers (washers smaller than 14mm wide if i remember correctly) push the spring in with the tip of long nose pliers insert the NEW split pin and wrap it around the oil pump HEY PRESTO Found this using the search function.
