Any more Pics? Engine? Interior? Other stuff? :)

nothing exciting to show...as it sits in those pics is basically how it sits atm...

still has a dirty 4k in the engine bay...interior is stock with ae86 seats...

once ive got the 3tc in and running with all the other gear ill definitely post more pics, til then its quite a boring car...

pending distributor being sent/modified/returned and few other minor bits and pieces I'm waiting on shouldnt be too far away from having quite some loving finished...

just in time for winter...

arent ae86 lca's the same length as ke70?

they are, the ae86 ones I'm planning to use are cut and shut...

ive currently got xt130 corona ones in it...but going to push the track slightly further with the modified ae86 ones...sorry about the typo

ive just purchased a set of magnecor kv85 race wires as they would put it lol...meant to be good shit...so thought id give them a go...

considering ive also got a 40k+ ae86 project on the go, this thing is blowing out to costing me wayyyyy toooo much...sooner its finished and doesnt need another cent spent on it the better

well things have stalled with this...mainly due to waiting on parts and cash flow...

things are getting out of hand...ive since purchased a 1GFE IS200 J160 6 speed gearbox to put into this...

should make for quite a fun zippy car with the 4.3 diff...can't wait to get it out in the wet lol...

gearbox is a week or so away...bolts onto the 3tc block...woot woot...just need to sort out clutch and we're full steam ahead...might be finished before winter ends with some lucky...tassie roads are calling!!!

1gfe gearbox bolts straight to the 3tc block, quite straight forward...they are quite a big bellhousing however, they squeeze into a ke70 without any cutting...gearstick comes thru tunnel someway back however...only need to change the clutch disc spline to suit I'm led to believe...will update how it goes i guess...boxes arent cheap tho...i paid $800 for mine :S

Ill b looking at adapting the rx8 shifter housing to the is200 box or shortening the is200 housing to get it into a better postition as ill be using the same gearbox in my ae86 behind my monster 7a
