just wanted to be 100% sure before i go off and buy parts, for my auto to manual conversion

1. will a 4 speed from a ke30 bolt straight up to my ke55/4k (currently auto)?

2.EXACTLY what parts will i need to scavenge frome the ke30

* gear box , of course

*gearbox Xmember

3. what would be a reasonable price for these parts??

yeah id go ke70 k50 its newer and easy to find and goes straight in ur existiong hole ul he abel to use ur auto starter but will need a manual tailshaft or a two speed auto tailshaft out of a ke30

Hey mate, I did the same thing but in my KE30. Here's my thread: http://www.rollaclub.com/board/topic/49567-ke30-manual-conversion/page__p__508707#entry508707 - I asked heaps of the same questions and it has a lot of helpful stuff.

Pretty much everything from the KE30 and KE55 are interchangeable.

Good luck with your conversion!
