LittleRedSpirit Posted May 11, 2011 Report Posted May 11, 2011 Youd be fine with a stock one, as long as you got a new decent quality jap made copper brass unit. don't buy cheap shit. Especially not on a motor you are tuning and actually like. Quote
ke70dave Posted May 11, 2011 Report Posted May 11, 2011 when i went to the radiator shop the guy said my standard ke70 radiator (copper, twin row) was alot better than the radiator i was asking about (something late model, alloy core, plastic ends, wide but single row) and there is a reason a brand new ke70 radiator costs alot more than the majority of the newer radiators. copper > alloy/plastic. sure a monster all alloy radiator is probably better, but yeah as little red sais, no way you will need it. a standard ae71 radiator is keeping my 16V cool. and plenty of people run 4agte's on standard radiators. Mitch-12 Posted May 12, 2011 Author Report Posted May 12, 2011 mine always boils maybe the radiator is stuffed... Quote
