parrot Posted June 25, 2011 Report Posted June 25, 2011 I agree with all the above re safe cars. If anything, club cars should be even better in this regard - and most I suspect would be. If you f$%K up, it reflects on all other members of your club, and potentially threatens the continuation of the scheme through your club. Quote

Mason. Posted June 25, 2011 Author Report Posted June 25, 2011 Mason i did not get to see the original post, Which club did you join mind me asking? PM me otherwise was not about a certain club, It was just about if the car getting club rego'ed needed to be road worthy ;) Quote
BUZ440 Posted June 26, 2011 Report Posted June 26, 2011 Why would you want to do that, you will only be able to drive the car on the weekends only, and only during the week with permission from the club? I'm sure the $150 whatever the price rego sounds enticing tho, but the plates look silly, and IMO looks cheap Quote
philbey Posted June 26, 2011 Report Posted June 26, 2011 (edited) Totally dependant on where you live Carlos SA club rego uses any plates and you simply fill out a logbook on the day you drive. 90 days per year. I believe Vic has switched to a similar system. Edit: I see mason is also in qld so your comments are probably relevant. Edited June 26, 2011 by philbey Quote
