dude. if you have actually paid for 23 diffs in your car, don't you think you should have probably just saved up and bought one real proper unbreakable diff? perferably with lsd

I have wrecked in excess of 30 corolla's, and have never actually bought a diff or a gearbox ever, well apart from the one off ebay the other day for $5.

 

I very rarely buy any parts, I have a mad stock pile of crap :jamie:

Cuz as I said, it has cost me nothing, as I have had all the diffs sitting in my garage, waiting to be used. And when you have no money to spend on a diff conversion....free is a bit cheaper

Had I paid $100 per diff $2300, then obviously I would have been better off getting something made, but yeah, I just couldn't warrant spending upwards of $1500 on a strong diff conversion for a $400 car with a cheap ass supercharger setup

lol 23 diffs! i also think you could upgrade, i mean like an hour labour every diff change plus oil and towing the car home every time, especially if you were on your way somewhere... i have had mechanical problems driving around and its :jamie: so damn annoying :paw:

Whining diff no real problem, just turn up the music and drive faster.

 

Growling diff - find another one now.

An hour labour, performed by me, = well worth the fun of the burnouts before hand. Diff oil=free, friend worked at a servo, another friend worked at an oil change shop, all they did was change peoples engine, gearbox and diff oil.

 

Towing=free, ring mate, come get me again.

Plus I always did burnouts close to home :jamie:

like we say in the taxi industry

most problems get fixed with left foot braking, palm steering, wound down windows and triple m
