XD up to AU apparently.

From what I can remember of my friends car; they were pretty stiff and super bouncy with standard shocks. I can imagine it would get fairly annoying after a while too.

Maybe get some aftermarket springs to suit a KE70? That way you can choose your spring rate and length, they are fairly cheap too.

 

Edit: this is for the rear of your KE70 right? Because I'm not sure what fits in the front.

for ke30/55. use EB rear king springs (chop chop)

I'm almost 90% sure Brent is running au's?

How do you run coons spring in the front I tried they just kept popping out cos they were like 5mm bigger diameter then stock

They were el springs

I just took them put but vl ones work good

There diameter is smaller then fords

sounds like you got ae86 struts?

If I do I don't know about it lol

ive heard vl springs running in ae86's. find some info and check it out. you might half way thru a strut/brake upgrade

cheers for the replies lads ill have a look at the wreckers today for some.

The springs rates will probably vary a bit through the different models, you'll find the xr and tickford falcon will be a higher spring rate.

 

Does anyone know the specifics on this?

What's a good free height to chop them down to?

 

Also what shocks match up well with them?
