01sik Posted September 10, 2011 Report Posted September 10, 2011 so i bought a ksev with 106 xxx kms on it and also a 4age bigport, looking at both benefits of EFI and carb setups on the 4a before i poke it in :) what i would like to know is :- what carbs to use and whats involved in making the mani to fit them (side drought gsxr ones?) whats the benefits of going carb 4a over efi 4a? if any? other than better breathing at high rpm probly prefer to go carb for induction noise and higher hp at high rpm capabilities with no efi tuning just need some advise from some people who have done it/looked into doing it also already have the 4a just collecting parts and deciding cheers for advise in advance james Quote

Old guys carbs young guys efi. :rolls: (carb manifolds can be bought new ) Check out build threads been done many times . Budget 1500-2000 $$$ Quote
SLO-030 Posted September 11, 2011 Report Posted September 11, 2011 Try get ahold of a 4age manifold for a downdraught weber. Bout the easiest fuel setup you will ever get with a 4age. If not, I think a 4agze intake manifold could be modded VERY easy for a downdraught Quote
