Hey, a couple weeks back parts sales man yangzeen had a bit of a dispute with one of the users of the forum which set back my parts delivery a fair bit, it resulted in hes post being locked and he was given a bad reputation from it, today i finally got my set of ke74 bumpers and i must say they were immaculate and it was worth the wait, i feel sorry for whoever it was who got a bad item. but this is some reassurance that although he had a slip up he still can provide the good stuff :), here's what i received :D

Good to know.

 

He has had a few incidents, as have some sellers both domestic and overseas in the past. We try to balance the needs of our users for parts with the risks as far as access to the site goes for these people.

 

I ask that people remember we have no control over what people do.

 

You trade at your own risk on the forum, we have no buyer protection. We suggest that with overseas sellers stick to paypal.

I also ordered some DX bars, end caps and all that.. It too took a while to come but at the end of the day they came, and were perfect without a scratch on them :)

He sent me 2 of the same bar ends and I'm still waiting for the replacement to turn up 3month later :(

Hmm, only takes one experience like that to kill a sellers reputation.

 

I see he is on here occasionally, lets hope he sorts it out promptly.
