Jono.C Posted May 13, 2012 Report Posted May 13, 2012 Would trust these? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/COROLLA-KE25-KE20-KE26-BALL-JOINT-RS113-/260983212476?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3cc3cfc9bc Quote
Willis Posted May 13, 2012 Report Posted May 13, 2012 For 10 bucks, it's worth a shot. If it ends up ʞ©$ɟed, then it's only ten bucks... I have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about though hahaha Quote
JDM55 Posted May 13, 2012 Report Posted May 13, 2012 what hes said lol 10 bucks pretty good deal , the guy has 100 percent feedback also so he must be somewhat trust worthy, why don't you ask him why they are so cheap? Quote
Jono.C Posted May 13, 2012 Author Report Posted May 13, 2012 (edited) The thing is though.. A $10 part can cause a hell of a lot of damage.. My thinking is.. If that balljoint snaps while tackling a corner.. I'm screwed.. Car would forsure be a write off. Even worse if i was driving in traffic.. Edited May 13, 2012 by Jono.C Quote
B.L.Z.BUB Posted May 13, 2012 Report Posted May 13, 2012 (edited) Yep, you wont know whether its worth it till it fails. In saying that reading his feedback everything he sells its pretty dirt cheap so maybe its just a good deal. Edited May 13, 2012 by B.L.Z.BUB Quote
parrot Posted May 13, 2012 Report Posted May 13, 2012 I had a serious accident and wrote off my car. Lowered Datsun 1600. Girlfriend had a fractured jaw, depressed fracture of cheekbone. Not good This was while travelling at 100km hr in a straight line on a four lane freeway. There was water on the road and we spun off backward after driving through a puddle. Inexplicable. Police investigation found that a no name tierod end had collapsed. These days I will use 555 brand but nothing else. They are still available cheaply. Quote
Jono.C Posted May 13, 2012 Author Report Posted May 13, 2012 Where are they obtainable from? I was just going to order in a pair through Autobarn Quote

Jono.C Posted May 13, 2012 Author Report Posted May 13, 2012 Are you reffering to these? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/TOYOTA-COROLLA-TE27-KE25-KE20-KE26-BALL-JOINT-NOS-JAPAN-/160750433427?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item256d78f493 Could just be the photo is not of the actual item but they look different? Too long where it presses into the lower arm.. But either way, They're a reputable company? Quote
