i had 6kg, could have done with a bit softer, but i only had basic KYB excel G shocks.

 

if i went for a softer than 6kg spring i reckon id want to go a more heavy duty shock absorber...

Mine's a ke10 though :P

 

Don't know, I'll see how it goes. They'll have to come back out for new shocks soon anyway as mine are screwed
