As the title suggests I'm looking to convert my 1985 st141 Corona wagon to manual trans.

Any one have any ideas of what kind of pricing I'm looking at and how hard the work is?

Pricing depends on what you can get the parts for.

 

All up probably looking at $300 for the parts then whatever the labour cost is on top of that. I have a lot of the parts required for this swap if you want to pm me about it.

 

Labour is probably 5 hours at whatever a workshop charges or less if you can get a private person to do it. I would consider doing it for you if you wanted.

where you from? i got a manual corona the same as yours. Help yourself to whatever you need and can borrow our hoist if you want.

Well at the moment I'm split between selling and converting. I'm further looking into getting the parts now, and see how much it would cost. Ill see how the two wight up and go from there

i have a 84 st141 corona and I'm looking at doing the same, what are the gearboxes called that come out of them??? i heard they are borg warner gearboes but I'm unsure.
