T50 Bits And Pieces

Hello Rollaclubbas,

 

I've noticed that a lot of people out there have got T50 boxes but are in need of a clutch fork and throwout bearing to suit. Every time any of these parts come up for sale on the forums (or a T50 c/w these parts) they are snatched up in a matter of hours.

 

Now, is there anyone out there who knows if these parts are available from an Australian store or even a website that you can order them from outside the country?

 

I realise there is a difference between the ADM and JDM parts. But anything is better than nothing (which is what I've managed to find so far).

 

I posted this as I am in need of these things and realised a few other people are as well.

Don't hold me to this but I've been told a C52 (FWD 4AGE) clutch fork and bearing works.

You could try Toyota and see if they still sell them:

Otherwise, C52 (in some FWD Corollas) clutch fork and throwout bearing will work in a T50, I've tried it and it seemed fine. Trev on here said he has done it too.

JDM and ADM clutch forks and bearing carriers are the same. Have run ADM ones with a JDM bellhosing for many years

If you do use the FWD C-series fork, make sure it's from a 5 speed gearbox. The 4 speed ones are different. :)

Is the older cast forks the same as the pressed steel ones?
