Wood§tok Posted June 13, 2003 Report Share Posted June 13, 2003 as far as exhaust notes go, i think my mates beetle with a worked 1916 engine, tuned extractors and a stinger zorst (read trumpet) will sound quite angry... oh, and i like to run on optimax. more power more smoothly more better or something... irokin Posted June 14, 2003 Author Report Share Posted June 14, 2003 I'm running 96RON Caltex fuel (because i get like a 1 or 2c discount when i buy it) but I may try getting a tank of 98RON from BP or shell just to see how much "better" it is.
