springersrolla Posted March 20, 2013 Report Share Posted March 20, 2013 sounds like a long shot but what about Quik-steel?? big tube, kneed it up, roll it around a roughend spoke and press in to cone shape on a roughend face of the rim. that stuff is strong as frozen shit and cheap. if it reduces the amount of spokes moving by a degree it has to be an improvement. no idea how well it would work but no harm in trying. silvery/grey looking colour too Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Strong as, but you were stuffed once it got on your hands/clothes... Thanks for the suggestions guys. Will be looking into it soon.
