the hose - about 30 cm ?- runs alongside the head. firewall side- its not the short length of heater hose, its just under that one. Its looks to be about 1 11/4" maybe dameter.can't find one, and don't know what its called, ( i have Googled it)

Could be a section of hose which connects for the water pump around the back side of the head, or its a section of cooling hose from the thermostat housing that runs around to the water pump.

Nah. Its goes from the passenger side of the head-runs under the heater hose and under the inlet manifold, it is clamped at almost under the carby.. It looks like a bitch to get too.

I don't know where it goes from there. Better go and have another look.

What do you want to do with it when you figure out what its called?

LOL. I have to replace it. The oil leaking from the fuel pump, has softened the hose. I replaced the little one. The bigger one is a different story. Got to find one first.

can't get good photos because of the location of the hose. CH2297 is the jigger..

I contacted "Jeez" as suggested, but no info there. "Reckons he only works on donkeys). :)

 

Its the hose that goes- from the thermostat area- to the water pump. It goes into a pipe that runs under the manifold, that pipe then joins another another hose -that goes- to the pump.

 

I will fit it today, if noone has any tips to keep some skin on my hands?
