And I will remember to post up the koni part number for ke20 inserts! Keep forgetting!

If you run these in a 1x strut you still don't get captive springs, the inserts screw into the top of your strut instead of being held in by the big nut on the top of the strut. I have to make some sleeves for the actual insert as they rattle around a bit in a 1x strut and it's bloody annoying!

 

My main issue now is I only have around 3inches of compression with no bump stops and I run out of travel, I have waaay to much rebound!

I'm in the middle of swaping kp61 struts into my 69 KE18. Problem I'm having is the angle of the kp steering knuckle is too sharp to use. What fixes did you guys use to mount the 2 bolt kp or ke2 struts to the E1 arms/ball joints?
