Okay I'm thinking a three tone look...to get away from the two colours.

 

The colours would be Royal Purple, Sunset Orange and Canary Yellow... so you can stand out of course!!!

 

Same style as the first car in your pictures - except increase the angle so its steeper... i think thats right... then add a wide strip of the previous colour at the end of each colours section.

 

I.e. Purple front end up to the mirrors, then a bright yellow stripe then Orange up to the rear windows back corner followed by a purple stripe and then a yellow rear. Then at the front of the car you could do a triangle on the bonnet like in Ruts's idea but have that yellow...
