May 17, 200620 yr comment_117926 keep in mind that for any given cam, the power range will start and finish about 1000 rpms lower on a 5k, as compared to a 4k. Report
May 17, 200620 yr comment_117937 mind the camtech cams friend has one turn up without the hole in it for the pully locating dowl, to fix it the camtech guy held it in one hand and bored a hole in it with a cordless drill, got to wonder how exact they are! Report

May 20, 200620 yr comment_118551 thanks. geez, they are not very generous in the lift department. how does it go in your engine? Edited May 20, 200620 yr by Felix Report
May 20, 200620 yr comment_118597 thanks. geez, they are not very generous in the lift department. how does it go in your engine? Yeah good, don't want to use really big lift in these engines i find, just what ive found anyway. Report
May 21, 200620 yr comment_118709 the bigger grind you have listed has only 0.360 thou (gross) at the valve.... i sort of think they should have bumped up the lift for the translation over to k series. a 5k just doesn't have anywhere near the valve curtain area of a cosworth 4 valve head. anyway, hope it works for you. :) Edited May 21, 200620 yr by Felix Report

May 21, 200620 yr comment_118738 fair enough, probably help even things up. what type of valves have you got in there? sizes? compression ratio? Not sure on the exact size but there is like .030" between the two valves, the comp ratio is only 10.5 to one. Have you run the cam on the DYNO2000 program Vs other cams yet like the CAMTECH 609.
