Felix Posted May 21, 2006 Report Share Posted May 21, 2006 chrisandliz.... you are talking about the milder of the two cosworth grinds that madrolla has? personally i would recommend a tighe 113. 25/65 270 degs duration 0.400" thou lift (gross) at the valve. works great on a pretty much standard setup to a pretty full on combo. great street cam. Whatever the lift is at the cam ,times it by 1.5 and then subtract the tappet clearance and you have the valve lift.
