demuire Posted August 14, 2006 Report Posted August 14, 2006 Mitch13: You could put in a bicycle computer. No joke, it's quite doable, and it's cheap. Just make sure you get a bike computer that reads past 99km/h. Is it wrong by 20km/h all the time? Or does it get more and more wrong the faster you go? Quote
mitch13 Posted August 15, 2006 Author Report Posted August 15, 2006 It is closer to the real speed up to about 40km/h and then it goes to around 20km/h faster then what i am actually doing. Quote

JiP Posted August 15, 2006 Report Posted August 15, 2006 I rung around yesterday for quotes on having my speedo re-calabrated. I want to have it done cause at the moment my speedo is out by abit and soon it will be further out when i get my gearbox in and new mags on. The first guy told me $80, which i thought was cool. the second guy quoted me $600, which completely confused the f@$k out of me. Now i'm more confused that what i was when I started. Quote
