Where do I tap out the old oil from my 4k?

Have looked under the engine but can't find it?

you mean where do you drain it from? there will be a large drain plug

Should be a 17. Most of the Toyota sump and filler plugs are 17mm.

Or in Fook's Camry's case, 17mm, then 16 as we hammer a socket on it, then 15mm, hmmmmm, angle grinder time! :D

Hehe... You forget the welding of the spanner on the plug, and then the nut, and then the various drill bits...

this thread just gave me a stupid...but interesting idea....

 

Putting an accual TAP on the sump drain.... would make changing oil a whole heap quicker...but with a low viscosity oil I think it would slowly leak...

There is already a product on the market that is just that - a tap. No idea how much it costs though.
