depends what ecu you use and whether you want the hole loom heatshrink or condute and all the measurements and stuff at a guess if i start with nothing and do fuul loom fuse boxes and everything $500-$600 but it is the best you can get and will be never stuck on the side road that includes starter wiring alt wiring everything to do with the engine all new but if you have a bit to start with and i fill in the missing links will be cheaper

Hey i do custom wiring looms at work and i was wondering if peaple want looms done i can do them any motor, any car, any ecu, if you give me mesurements pictures etc of what you want i can make looms for people on rollaclub may be a bit more expensive then narva terminals solder and electrical tape but the quality is the same quality i put into all our racecar looms here is my corolla ke70 loom this is the power and relay loom and runs back to brake lights and fuel pumps http://www.rollaclub.com/board/topic/52058-supercharged-4k-motec-injection/
-
hey mate if i did the loom it would look like this http://www.rollaclub.com/board/topic/52058-supercharged-4k-motec-injection/
-
no worries buddy
-
if i keep developing at the rate i am going that may well be possible in the next few years although i have another one I'm making a sports sedan but that wont really be a ke70 once it's a sports sedan haha i'm crazy

Got some more pictures the amount of steering lock i have My custom steering arms stock arms thinking of mounting the motec here maybe :hmm: that is a dummy loom just a bulkhead loom from a supercar shift lights these are blindingly bright oil alarm light super bright Dummy engine with my 7k intake special dizzy need to sand the cap to finish it off and the ls1 leads that i am using I guess a motec dash would be cool old wiring loom i did when i was in primary school yucky!
-
and with all the adjustment depending on what tyres and the track i can always have it predictable and how i like it = fast
-
its the same as supercar arms pivoting on body and going to diff no comparison to stock it changes roll centre so you make make it understeer like all hellmove it down or oversteer like crazy move it up it is by far the best thing i have done to the car and i never plan on selling it :)

-
got more done today but pics wont upload :( soo i put a brake light switch on my clutch pedal for my second rev limiter pics will explain got my lights sorted will have no gauges just lights controlled by the ecu. now all i have left is the engine loom and ecu loom they will be pretty easy, then wiring will be done. i am running aluminium fuel lines through the car this weekend get my extractors tuesday from courier place then build an exhaust all goin good so far
-
yyou just run the line in and out and run vac into it there crap if you can put up withh a hard pedal it's much better and you will have feel through the pedal
-
there is a copper bit that has to line up with a oil hole in the block
-
i thought you were think of using like vh44 remote mount booster um ill make sure i have 2 i need 1 for my car i'd say around $300
-
also do engines and suspension and everything really so i built a ke70 out of all the scraps haha for some fun
-
dunno i found it at a wrecker we had a hall effect one we used on a vw trike this one is optical like rb25 ca sensor and i made it think it was a 4k dizzy modified the shaft and put 4k dizzy gear on and milled the oil pump drive on it too

well I'm 16 finished school in year 8 have a v8supercar that i also race ex anthony tratt au mainly do motorsport wiring and run racecars for people with my dad we also have a fujitsu series BF and for pedal box all our racecars have floor mound but your right our seats are further back for leg room and usually extended colums but it would fit pedal movemwnt for us usually isnt much best way to describe brake pedal is rock hard but we run big cylinders in our au with no booster and the bf has a hard but no where near as hard as the au pedal but more travel smaller cylinders but you will have a booster so it will be normal not sure what size you will need.. heres a link to thes one i have i think i have 2 of them here http://www.cardwells.co.nz/Our_Brands/Tilton_Clutches/Pedal_Boxes/MenuId/36.aspx it's the top one not sure what ratio it is
-
Tilton is heaps better then wilwood any day but maybe street it doesnt matter as much we have had a wilwood brake pedal snap and i have a tilton floor mount here for sale brake and clutch if your interested
