  1. G'day, I can pick up a ca18et single cam out of an s12 gazelle for around 300bux with turbo, dump, inlet, injectors and loom. Wondering what peoples thoughts are on dropping it into a keto??

  4. I've had a few quick cars, manual rb25 vl Calais 320rwkw.. This thing was obscenely fast, could not grab traction first 3 gears even at 120kmph it would blaze the rears for as long as you could hold it. I also had an rb30 vl Calais making 290rwkw through a full manual transbraked auto, this thing was faster than the manual but nowhere near as scary as it would actually hook up and I had an r32 gtr with full forged engine, power fc, n1 turbos, twin plate and bilstein adj all round... If I couldn't win races on the hiway with my manual Calais because of traction issues I'd race home - grab the gtr and go blaze everyone there with 9000rpm launches. Now look at me, looking at getting a ke and turboing the 4k haha

  6. I'll give it a shot, after all it's only a stock 4k so I'll just use an eBay water/meth kit. I had a very good system that was pressurized with boost in order to pump it etc made by riceracing on my vlt. Darren uses the same kit on his r31.

  9. Cool as long as it's q bit of fun, I've had a few quick vls, one with 320rwkw manual and another 290rwkw transbraked auto so I know what 4th gear 100kmph+ burnouts are like :P
  10. What sort of performance could I expect from a ke70 with 100rwkw? 14s and a bit of a skatey ride when I want to pop the clutch?

  13. So I'm not really familiar with carbied engines but how do you guys tune these things? Do you just change jet sizes until it doesn't flood or ping? What if I wanted to up the boost from say 8 to 12psi, would I have to change jets again? I'm guessing I'd only have to change the secondary?

  17. Would it be possible to run the j pipe under the engine so you wan mount the turbo on the opposite side?

  19. Could you just weld a length of 60mm rectangle tube to the x member so it's closer? How much clearance should there be? Also does the bonnet close with it sitting high?
