hey mate, here are some answers what size is the rear wheel and tyre? slicks are a 24.5 x 8 did you have to cut anything to fit them? a little beating was required but not much and leaf springs were moved in what diff are you running? hilux diff out of a 94 surf any mods to fit the diff? diff was shortened to required size to fit wheels, leaf springs were moved in l what suspension did you end up with.standard rear leaf springs were used, bilstein shocks. modified top mounts for shocks and plates made for bottom mounts..

Raced again on Sunday .. Still consistent and rear end is sorted

I think it just needs a little more boost, it isn't really getting on the converter to well.. Before it ran 11.5 on 13psi and it felt like it launched harder... Going to go to about 20 pound so it should see well into the 10's now

It's the perfect bracket car lol Wired in the boost controller and eflex sensor yesterday so all I have left is to get the caltracs done and a couple little things then I'm ready to go

in other news, i went out and raced yesturday... seemed to go a bit slower then before, using the transbrake, all passes were 11.8... its super consistent, but way off where i want it... I want it more closer to the 11.2 range for now.. Car did perform good for its first day out, had a couple little niggly issues and its got a bad vibration now.. Wont be racing till thats fixed and might give it a bit more power as it didnt seem to really get on the converter

Car went on the dyno and made 300hp on 10psi.. Going out on this Saturday to the test and tune to see how it runs

went to the dyno yesturday, all went well except for a couple of minor issues which will be sorted before tuesday.. as you can see it is a powerhouse

bit of an update. car is back in my possession.. have started to put this thing back together. New engine goes totally different and its only on its run in tune. Mounted up a new seat, a simpson harness.. Transbrake is all set up now and works a treat.. Taking it to the dyno on saturday for a few hours to run in and get some kays on it, then off to get tuned on tuesday if all goes well..... Then if there are no problems i may be heading to the track to do some testing

small update...engine and box is in, engine bay is looking pretty full up now.. We fired it up for the first time on wednesday and it fired first kick.. Car has now gone back to paint to get the body painted.. Slowly starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel now

well the engine bay is all painted up now... Back to vis now to get engine back in and get running.. Spoke to the engineer today and he still says he can engineer it.. So hopefully it will hit the road mid year, fingers crossed!

another update, whole car is now ready for paint.. Picked up the gearbox from als race glides, found of the converter which was made isnt quite right, the snout that goes over the shaft isnt long enough and the converter bottoms out on the pump before the shaft is all the way in.. now its back at the converter shop getting sorted... as soon as its back and engine bay is painted, it all goes into get running

unfortunately no... the way things are going at the moment it will be ready by april/may, fingers crossed..keep adding to the things i want to do to it, each of which takes more time and money lol
