Would be good to see heaps of corollas out at wsid on a wednesday night or there is a sunday street meet on june 24.. Well jambo was yesturday, was good to meet a few members on here, big thanks to kev for crewing for me and getting the car to the track.... car went ok at the track, ran low 12's all day, had a bad missfire during burnouts and top end of the track, after looking to find the problem for a while, a keen eye by kev spotted some corrosion in 2 coil lead plugs, Cleaned it all up and was running good again, unfortunately, by my own error stuffed up the start of the launch, i got eliminated in the 2nd round ...sucks coz the car was running quite consistent all day...but thats racing for ya...now I'm keen to get all the body work done and get this thing regoed for some cruises..

haha you bet, when the car gets painted in the next month or so i am considering building a mildport for it I'm just spewing on the error i made on the line as it was very stupid of me, nerves got the better of me... but all in all had a ball

just unloaded from jambo, what an eventfull day.. First went 12.1 114mph, then 12.3 112mph. then 12.2 112mph on that pass it started breaking down after the line.. Went back to the pits, changed plugs, didnt fix the problem.. went looking for vacc leaks and other things could not find the issue... went out to eliminations not very hopeful, went 12.6 105mph breaking down 3/4 track... went back to the pits with kev, found the coil lead connections had some corrosion in them so we cleaned them up and sounded great!! went out for second elimination and an error on the line on my behalf saw me have a soft launch on no boost and run through a 12.6 112mph but loosing due to other guy beating me to line... great day, thanks to kev for towing car out to track...

another new time pb not mph, ran 11.9 114mph 60' 1.8

u lie justin, racing was on last night....haha first few runs wernt good, coughing all over the place, ran a few 12.1's and 12.3's, then decided to check the plugs, they were fouled, didnt have a set on me so we cleaned them up, then went 11.9 114mph and then backed it up with a 12.0 114mph... got some new plugs today to go in for jambo ...

racing this wednesday to test these and then saturday at jambo

also picked up doonside auto parts as a sponser, has helped me out with the car, also getting me oil and plugs heaps cheaper... which is handy for a rotary

thanks kev! ...that vid i didnt stall it up to much.. semi slicks arrived today after alot of ʞ©$ɟing around, rocket didnt have any, vpw didnt have any... found a guy in albury at a shop called engine master he had a set there ...ordered yesturday at 10, got to mine at 10am today... now just to get the rims back from the shop and on they go for wed night and jamboree...hopefully an 11 is soon
