The Fluid Condition is still good. No Leaks. The man who owned the car before me was a fanatic so from what i can see and assume the car is mechanically A1.

Just wondering about where peoples clutches Engage as i was driving my AE71 Corolla for the first time and the clutch point is in the last 1/4 of travel. Also wondering how easy is the clutch point to change. Cheers Jake

My corolla hasnt got a name yet but my mate has got a 1977 celica named "Smokey McBlows-alot". It blows alot of blue smoke on start up.

My Proudest achievement would without a doubt be getting my license, and to add to that...I havent lost it. My next achievement I'm aiming for is getting my AE71 driving again.

I rekon you should put the 13B in it. as people have said its all about originality these days. Rotories are reliable as long as you look after them and do the required maintanence, and NickyG sounds like he will look after it so i rekon you should go the rotor. i have been contemplating putting a 13B into my AE71, but havent decided fully yet.

I have almost finished making my 2" sidepipe for my AE71, but I'm keeping 1 muffler in the system. not enough backpressure without it and it would sound like its about to die without it.

Both of my AE71's have got standard 4A-C engines. One has 387,000 and the other has 382,000. I havent put any of those km's on the cars. Shame Shame.

If I had the Money there would be lots i would do to my AE71. But some things i will be doing over time include: - Replacing the diff (Have a diff out of another AE71. Old one buggered so not drivable) - Racing seats (For front only as it has no back seat anymore) - 4 Point harness' - Full Rollcage - Paint job - Fixing Rust Patches - Building trailer to drive it to race meetings - Monster Tacho - CLEANING INTERIOR!!! Out of all these i am planning on doing them all unless circumstances change. But it will happen over a period of a few years. But here is the wish list: - Semi-Slick Advan Rubber - Engine Conversion (Thinking 1G-GTE Twin Turbo or a Rover V8. Either better than 4A-C.) - Replacing Wheels - 2.5" exhaust system coming out in front of the back wheel - LSD or welded Diff. Any or all of these On my Car would be really good but as with any wish list wont happen. Cheers. Jake.
