Mine wasn't running the best but, far out, it still went so hard. I think it's just a coincidence though about the accidents. Dunno. Just miss it. :yes:

Thanks guys. Yeah, it was my pride and joy. I had so many great plans for it. I'm so ashamed for ruining an 82 corolla as well because there aren't that many neat ones around. I'm really depressed about it and my head is killing... :P Already looking for another one of course. It's just everything from the firewall forward that is totalled so I'll be able to salvage a few things but that's not the point, hey? I was so attached to the little thing. Used to get up every morning to stare at it. Ha ha. Good memories. Oh dear, I'm talking too much...

Well, I think I just wrote my car off tonight. Will post photos asap. RIP my beautiful 82. I'm so sorry I killed you. You're going to love the photos though. It's a right mess. The battery exploded and my radiator is severed. Front grill smashed into lots of pieces and my fx gt front bar is mangled. Guards peeled like a coke can but all in all I am so suprised at how strong the little thing was. Me and the passenger walked away with whip lash and a few bruises. I can't sleep coz I'm so psyched up. Shaking and not sure whether to laugh because I'm alive or cry because of my car. It took me 3 hours to polish today. At least it'll be clean at the pearly gates.

That's good taste! Love the 31s, which is probably pure blasphemy on a corolla forum but, meh... Also love the 30s and the Datsun 510. The old 1960s Skylines are awesome too but to be honest, I'd have a TE27 Sprinter in original overrated condition as well as an AE86 made up by Hasselgren with the Formula Atlantic 16V and a super tidy GT AE82, also with the Formula Atlantic but would love it in a 20V. ;) Yum! Love my Toyotas.

I breed horses and help hubby out with his business but I wish I had an actual job. I want to do something challenging that I'm passionate about but it doesn't seem like I'll ever find work with horses in SA and I doubt that anybody will hire me in the mechanical field because I'm not a guy. I know people aren't into discrimination but women in general aren't exactly known for their mechanical prowess. It's a bummer to be sure. Very frustrating to be denied a job doing something you enjoy... ;) Anyway, here's a photo of one of my horses and me...

Huh, the ae82 rolla is awesome fun without being RWD. Hills runs, 7000rpm in 2nd, feathering all the way and only a touch of slide in the back end coz my tyres suck. If I wanted RWD, I would've bought an ae86. Having said that, Toyota should be making more "drivers" cars and yes, big sedans like the Aurion should definitely be RWD.

Go for some bolt on flares, I reckon! Live with it until you're able to purchase a new shell, etc but bolt on flares would look sweet as with a fat set of neg offset rims... :)
