Passenger side I am pretty sure, same as the Aus spec AE86. The Jap T50's had the drivers side slave cylinder. When I had my old Ke25 with 4age and jap T50, i did source a slave cylinder to suit drivers side. I will try to find what it came from.
edit: Check here man:

I have been doing a bit of cutting and welding with my Ke25, I am no where near a professional welder, but it really comes down to practice and having a grinder handy. Also, just taking your time and not rushing it. I am using a gas-less MIG, it's ok, nothing special but it does the job.
As for rust treatment, look at POR15 (google it). I have read some amazing reviews of this stuff and I plan to use it in the next few months on the '25 where the common rust areas are.

Ah fair enough. So haven't been out there lately Cuz?
Interested to visit the Northern Road wreckers, but driving from my way would be 1.5hrs each way. Not keen on that!

Anyone been out there lately? Or to Northern Road Wreckers? Way too far for me to just casually drive out there.

It was either $850 or $830, I can't remember. It was definitely reasonable though, considering the condition.
Some places wouldn't even touch it, as soon as I said it had no seats. A lot of places I found refused because glass was not intact and also they wouldn't accept with spare parts in the car. Basically I found the criteria for most cars set by transport companies were:
Must be a complete shell
Must have working brakes
Must have seats
Must have all glass in place
Must have no spares in the cabin
So pretty much a car which has broken down. Hopefully this helps someone else out, definitely helped me.

Hi Guys,
I undertook this process a few weeks back for my Ke25. I had it shipped from Gold Coast (door) to Sydney (door). I had to call a heap of places to try and find one who could ship the car. The problem was the ke25 was just a rolling shell. It had no working brakes (no handbrake either), no seats and also there was a heap of spares chucked in the cabin. Thankfully I found this company:
Openica Transport
It cost me $850 inc GST and only took 2 days to be delivered (they quoted 1 week originally).
Now, I know a lot of companies can ship working cars and are pretty reasonable. But when trying to ship a rolling shell (with spares stored inside) it can be quite impossible, as companies are not willing to accommodate the requests.
So I do recommend these guys. Service was good, cost was pretty good considering all other companies wouldn't touch it and transporting was quick.
I thought this may help for people who are interested in shipping shells interstate but not sure who to contact in regards to shipping.
Hope it helps.
Cheers

Hi all,
For work I have had to look through a lot of Australian Standards for some market research I am doing. I ended up getting a bit side tracked with Standards for Automotive Modifications. I stumbled upon this page:
If you scroll down, there is a list of registered Engineering Companies for NSW, VIC, QLD, SA & WA which may be helpful for some people. I know in WA, there is a separate page on the WA government's site for Automotive engineers. So this may only be helpful for NSW & VIC people.
I did search, but couldn't tell if this had been posted before. Anyway, hope it helps.

you might need a few sand bags in the back.
