I honestly don't know how much it costs it was already done when we bought it (got it for my little bro's Zukey thats 4sale on this site). We got it of a young bloke in sydney he didn't say how much but he said some bloke in blacktown that does alot of work on celicas did it for him.

Cutting springs can be bad, yes i agree, but if you do then the trick is to cut them very slowly. Takes longer but they don't get as hot.

Hey cheif, There is a way of doing this without buying any materials ie. the 10mm plate you got. You can cut both ends off and swap em over. Here's a pic of one done like it, the finished product looks alot neater. Just an idea, hope it helps.

:P Yeah thats what i was kinda thinking, but would i be right to say that it would be better to keep the oil that is caught out of the sump due to contaminants from blow-by etc. or would it not matter?

Ah true, I only got a 4K though so i only got the air fillter on the carby. I'll have to do that when i put the 4age in though (but that wont be for a while though.

Probably a silly question but what is a CAI box?

I gotta either make or buy an oil catch can for my KE10. I've been looking at a few and i've noticed some have an outlet/inlet at the bottom and two at the top. Could anyone explain where the 3 pipes would go? Thank you
