hey people got a quick question is there any difference between the 4age (100kw) and 4agze compression ratios (minus the boost from the charger)...or are they identical?? i.e would a 4age (100kw) with a supercharger b exactly the same as a 4agze??

also make sure wen u put the shaft back in u put a lil bit of grease on the splines..n jus make sure it goes the whole way in...double check if u hav 2...but make sure its right or ull wreck the shaft and the inner spline in the gbox

check the charge rate on the alternator first to make sure it is the alternator circuit thats playing up and not the battery itself..brand new batteries can b faulty... grab a multimeter n check voltage straight across the battery terminals while the car is running..if its charging properly shuld b bout 13.3-14 volts..if not then it is the alternator n u can diagnose from there

Both those Holden motors are good...rarely have any mechanical problems if there looked after properly..there not designed for high perfomance but reliablity and theyve done a pretty good job...

Hey everyone.. i recently bought an 1990 ae93 4age rolla... I'm not real familiar with the differences between the models my car is an SX and its the 100kw not the 86kw...just wanted to know the difference between the SX and the GTi??..appreciate sum help
