hey adam, been reading about the ls1 coilpack setup, herd that the dwell on the ingnitors arent fast enough with stock ecu.. anything over 7psi and it misses? your just running stock with remap yeh?

keep us posted on how u go with the 31 diff as ill be doing the same.. gonna be a mad car mang.. also gonna setup the ls1 coilpacks and a 2871r turbo kit.. might even highmount it for fun :no2:

hey guys and gals! now i have searched but not alot RE my Q! i have a 1982 ke70.. seems to have STOCK front end steering with just coilovers.. now... when i turn either left or right to ALMOST full lock it seems my steering gets stuck and pulls to the side i turned.. now i wanna know what would be the issue? control arms? cheers all!

well i just purchased a t18 diff.. any ideas on cost to get a lsd put in the guts? cheers

hey all... just about to drop a CA18det into my ke70.. now the stocko diff aint gonna cut it soo.. will a T18 diff bolt right up? will it handle the power? (150kw) will the stock drum brakes fit on? whats a better idea to do? what about hilux diff? what model do i need? something that wont give me more track! cheers in advance!

sorry i should have made it clear.. ill supply all the mounts and tailshaft.. all that needs doin is wiring, engine in out.. so it starts and drives..

don't know if its ok to put it in here but I'm too scared to make a new thread... anyone wanna make $1000?? help me lift a CA out of a bluey and drop it in my ke70?

yeh getting the fitting kit of red gem. and sourced a CA18det, now smooth garage are doing the install once i lift the 4A out :P

yeh i have read that gear shift sits back, tailshaft, gearbox xmember, engine xmember, exhaust, wiring. yeh i have searched abit but nothing really outlining step by step how to do it.. hmm keep looking

anyone know if there is a DIY on putting a CA into a ke70? can't find any on here, ke70.com, twincam or ae86. or even google :P

yeh i have looked and read.. 4AGE, 4AGZE, CA18DET. even looked at a 4AGE with cams. but i can flat foot my 4age and it actually goes nowhere! i would love to get hold of a 4agze but none avail. so i picked up a cheap CA. will pop that in there and cruise around. but thanks all who gave input! I'm slowly picking it all up :hmm: ps. anyone wanna help me remove a 4AGE?

yeh i called STACKs of places today but no luck :P might even get a re-build on the 4age and chuck some goodies on...
