lol so true man i get my greens in november yay lol :D iv have been defected twice and both times the cops have sed u are lucky u have only just mised out on loosing points for defects. sutch as exhaust to loud $104 doller fine got me twice for pod filter 2x $78 fine a lock up marck on my advan racing weels tiny flat spot lol my custom back seat sub box 2 low o ring oil leek cannon style exhaust ( the cop sed I'm not aloud 2 have 1 on sutch an old car :thumbsup: ) horn not working left washer not working i think thats lol havent had mutch luck on my ps lol ill put a pic up off my defecs in the public upload section :D

all the new p platers get a lil black writing on ther licence saying no turbo / v8 / hi proformanec cars lol

i am considering a half cut as for the whole p plater ruleing it dusent afect me cos i had my ps befor the rule came out olny way it can affect me if i loose my licence i all ready have checked it up at the rta :thumbsup:

cos i wana be a little bit diferent as for the 4agze most ppls have them in corollas and i no that ppls have ca18det's in ther rollas but not as manny off them. thats my opinion

u serious i dident no that u could only put a 12a in corollas. that suks oh well so i probly will end up going with the ca18det cos all i want is just a bit off power lol. so every 1 pretty much egreys with the ca18det conversion . just bold on sum goodys like turbo and intercooler bov bit off internal work then it would be set . what gear box would be good for it ??

was goan have a go at drift but i just wanna do sumthing 2 da corolla so wen all theas rice burners in my area try and have a go i will just blow them off cos I'm sik off all theas lil puss box turbo lazers and cordias and and what not. but yes i am gona gave a go at drifting and have a good go at the quater mile 2 cos i have the rolla for 2 years now and i just wannna make it go. my first ambition for it was gona be a 13btpp or 13btep but i decided agenst it but i would still love 2 do it :thumbsup: and the uther reason is that u don't see manny old rollas on da streets anny more and it would be mad 2 have another hot 1 like what some off the members on this fourm have on da street

my first opinion was goan be build a ca18det and 1 think I'm gona stay with my choise but i will still be looking in to a sr20 but most probly be building a ca18.

ther the topics i was reading lol as for the power not being an isssue i have been driving my cosans vl its off its nut its got 400kw at the treads (has anny 1 seen the camilion vl with the plates [sicpsi] ) thats his i have been for a spin in that a couple times and i sh1t my self the fist couple times but after i got ust 2 driving it i was fine. but ther would be bit off diferance in a vl 2 a sr20det ke30 i no of what money will be neaded 2 do the project and it will all come in time. so in the long run u saying the 3sgte would be the better way 2 go how mutch do thes go for ???? but I'm manly intrested in building a sr20 or ca18 i understand were u coming from with the 3sgte. so in uther words u would go with the ca18 if u had the money if i had 2 chouse the ca18 or sr20 .

lol sorry guys i just realised what i put up as the topic (rs20det) lol my bad its ment 2 be (sr20det) ok i have gathered as mutch as most off u guys on this fourm would go with the sr20det. just wondering wt that pros and cons of both the ca18det or sr20det are . and was wondering with is the beter one 2 to be droping in a ke30 . cos i was thinking of the ca18det and then i spent most of this morning reading the fourm about the uther ppls on this fourm and doing the sr20det in the ke55 and ke70 and was woking out that the sr20det might be the better way 2 go . but am intrested too see what you guys think thanks wild.ke

ok i thought i better introduce my self and post up what i have dun 2 my car so far i first found the ke30 in the trading post for $600 we went and checked it out and it looked good bar the most corolla rust spots. we took it hoom and the next day went straight 2 work on it satrted with the diff buying a new 1 cos the old 1 was stufed and was making sum funky noises and then brake pads and a full service and then went on 2 the interiour were the carpet was riped and batterd and the seats were torn so we went out and got new carpet and new seats and sum vinal so we could also do the door trims and then went on 2 the exteriou we sanded it back kut and replaced the rust spots and then primerd the car then 3 weeks l8ter we sprayed it the old gemini blue and got a set of ke70 14 inch rims and extractors. exteriour: 14inch rims and respray gemmy blue interiour: black vinal door trims and custom parcil tray calica seats in the front ke55 dash sterio:pioneer head unit mtx 250 watt 6 inch splits with crossovers and tweeters and alpine type s 6x9's in the parcil tray and a custom made back seat sub box that i made for 2 12 inch subs motor; stock 4kc with extractors 2 a 2.5 inch exhaust all the way as for pics not sure how 2 post them up but i waill post sum up asap

dus the 5speed gear boxof a ke 70 fit on a AE71 or 4AC??
