Hey all,

I am just after the cheapest and easiest way to paint my corrola. I need to get the colour and the required tools, as i have none of this.

Matt black spray pak cans from super cheap.

matt black is definatly the cheapest way to go, ive painted a few rolas in matt black up here in qld, $40 for 4 litres and i guess hire a compressor and spray gun.

I just did my KE55 hill climb car with 6 cans on satin black from Super Cheap at $3 a can you work it out.

hahaha you guys are gonna think I'm cheap but after seeing the ke11 for sale on here that is matt black, my plan was to do my ke10 in matt black haha but I'm not to sure yet. Those of u who have painted a rolla in matt black could you post up some pics or post me some pics of them?

matt black spraycans is the go. just expect it to look like absolute crap for the average rolla, so its great for a thrash car or paddock basher but no good for anything half decent. keep people 20m away and it will be okay! spraying a car is 90% preparation and 10% spraying if you have a old car.

 

some good advice can be found in a car painting book for about $30.
