hi all just signed up to your forums.

 

i have a sprinter atm but maybe possibly changin to a ae82 twincam, or ae82 and doin a 20v conversion(always like the twinkys). i know this prob wont work but just seing if it might be possible. i have some xr4's that are 15/7/ -1, and 15/7.5/ +5, they are 4x114.3 offset. i had a search and found that ae82's are 4x100 but not sure?

 

if theydont straight fit can i use a hub or struts etc from anything else, another car to fit them. i know they will stick out a bit but flaring doesnt scare me.

they are 4x100 and I would think you would have to run some mosterous flares even if it was the right PCD

hubs off a sprinter fit I'm told.

Just wondering... Why do u want to ditch the sprinter and go to a front wheel drive car? I know which i'd prefer. Its pretty easy to put a 20valve twinky in ya sprinter, if its an ae86 that is...

It could be the FWD 4 door sprinter.

Yeah i realise that not just ae86s' are sprinters. Youd have to assume though really. More info please mate!!

littleredspirit, yeah its a ae86, i just did put a jdm bigport in it with all new gear clutch fuel pump etc, but i am goin overseas for 2 months and want some spendin money and thinkin of doin a ae82 with a 20v or a ke70 with sr20de when i get back. so just tryin to suss out whats doable. plus i love my xr4's more than my sprinter :kiwi: i got a silvia also for sale but if can't sell it in time i will have to sell the sprinter.......sprinters are easier to sel by the looks o it than the sil.

 

plus sprinter stuff cost a freakin fortune due to the excuise my french wank factor or what you would call cult status. i am gettin sick of it. just want a nice daily
