My ke20 rusted out hardcore under the battery stand. Thankfully someone cut it out and replated it before I got it.

Thanks fellas.

Anyone got any ideas on torque'ing the oil pump bolts?

The manual lists a torque that is lower than my torque wrench can get to...does that mean just use best judgement? or get a smaller torque wrench?

Is that a brand new Toyota sump or something?

  • Author

nah it's my stock one.

I took it apart and checked clearances, replaced the seals and put it back on.

Also spent a good amount of time cleaning it. haha

wrinkle black would suit :)

Thanks for the idea 747.

I think I prefer gloss black, just for the smooth look...

I'd have to see what it'd look like...
