Looking at buying a new corolla. Its been sitting out front of my tafe for a while now, so I'm pretty sure that something may be wrong with it if it hasnt gone yet. The poster on it pretty much says its a 2.3, yellow sedan, extremly good interior and body, running, and all roadworthy and rego for another 6months. Its selling for $800. Is that a decent price? I don't wanna pay 800 for a shitter

Whatever car it is, if it is supposed to be in "extremely good condition" and it's got roadworthy and 6 months rego (worth about $300+) I'd be skeptical. Either you're getting a bargain, or there's something the seller isn't telling you.

i doubt youd get anything but a shitter for $800... :P 6 months rego: $300, Dodgy Safety Certificate $60ish, means the rest of the car is worth all of $400...

and yeah I'm a bit weary about it becuase if its so great and I'm getting a good deal, then why has it been sitting there for a few weeks. oh the tyres arnt that great tho...so :P or :P ??
