PMP020 Posted September 21, 2007 Report Posted September 21, 2007 CHB!!!!!! Custom Hotty Brackets. but really are u handy with a welder and good at making things? use some brain power and start modifying to suit. cheers scott. Quote
shadow Posted October 3, 2007 Report Posted October 3, 2007 If you alter the rails or change them you've got to get it engineered. Make sure the metal you use is thick enough and any changes you make don't weaken it too much, and then take it and get it mod plated. Quote
tas_ae71 Posted October 3, 2007 Report Posted October 3, 2007 pppfff, mod plated :) what is this you speak of?? oh that's right something they you need for states outside of Tasmania :) I modified my std rails to suit, I'm confident that they will be safe in the event of a roll-over. Quote
irokin Posted October 3, 2007 Report Posted October 3, 2007 pppfff, mod plated :) what is this you speak of?? oh that's right something they you need for states outside of Tasmania :) Hrmm that might explain why per capita, Tasmania has the second highest road toll.... behind only the Northern Territory.... tas_ae71 Posted October 5, 2007 Report Posted October 5, 2007 Hrmm that might explain why per capita, Tasmania has the second highest road toll.... behind only the Northern Territory.... probaly more the amount of rain we get here, there are a lot of winding roads that are wet most of the year around and our road quality leaves much to be desired.... but hey, i think my car is a little safe than a std one even though some of it may not be agreed with by some authorities. I wouldn't do anything that i felt was unsafe. Quote
flat out Posted October 5, 2007 Report Posted October 5, 2007 and the amount of tourists and commodore drivers we have. plus theres the rich dicks that think they own the road when we pwn the road  but i guess the more aware we are the less chance of us being in a crash, Quote
