Clapped out Posted April 27, 2008 Report Share Posted April 27, 2008 with the rust, depends how you want to do it? personally i'd get a grinder with a wire brush wheel and go nuts, clean it out properly, fishoil the f**k out of the inside then weld a nice plate to the outside, as for the lower rad support panel i'd give it a go at trying to get it back straight, just my 2c, cheers phatke30! I can tell you from experience that replacing that whole front rail is a rather expensive thing.
