Final round of the QRC this weekend, with the old team of the Dwarf and Datgirl taking Red out for it's (hopefully) final rally. We're comfortably sitting at car 20 out of 50, a good seeding. New gearbox in, spanner check completed, only a couple more items to go on the list.

The rally starts at Sumner Park, transports to Beerburrum, does two stages to Woodford Service, 18km stage and then Jimna sevice 1, 20.65 km to Jimna service 2, then two stages of 37.17kms, to Gallangowan regroup and service, then a loop of 28.62 kms, service and repeat loop. 151.24 kms of competitive, 257.35 km of transport of a total of just over 400kms for the day. ( in the morning til 22:30 at night. This is going to be a long day!!

wow

sounds great !

:insane:

Was thinking of coming, but it appears that silly Camry has shat itself in a rather large way, so I have a feeling I'm going to be busy trying to fix the shitbox this weekend...

Hmm... I wonder how much 3SFE's go for these days...

*rubs eyes after weary 24 hour drive back from Adelaide*

Oh boy, too many rallies in too little time

Long story short.

Did three stages, went VERY fast.

Stage four, broke most pinion teeth off diff. Kicked car.

Got car out of forest on trailer, went to Gallangowan. Car now used as Pick-a-Part.

Partied til 3 in the morning.

Drove home, killed Pajero tyre.

Now Sleeping!

P.S: How many Rollaclub members does it take to put up a tent? :insane:

i remember you saying at go karts last weekend you had visions of that car coming back on a trailer :insane:

heheh

Hey guys!!

Yeah, but I'm not sure that the reason was as glamourous as Rob had hoped - perhaps he had visions of one last hurrah / crash. But no, it was just the STUPID EFFING diff.

No, I'm not emotionally scarred at all.

2 to try and figure out how long the poles should be, 1 to insist on moving it on top of an anthill, and one to disappear and make jokes about it afterwards :D :D :D :D

Anyway, here's a teaser Teaser, running amok in the service park just before the final stage.

Kicked car.

... and I worry about his foot.

It's becoming a worrying trend - I'm not sure it does help!!
