Hey guys, well, after many many months of being restricted to L plates, I am finally going to be able to drive solo.

 

Anyway, would like to see if there is any intrest for a meet up, maybe a cruise through the hills after?

 

I was thinkin Sat the 28th of June, Meet at K-Mart Firle, have a bite to eat (There is Domino's, Red Rooster and Burger King) to choose from.

 

Good time to check out everyones rides, meet people from here, or even just pop in and say hey.

 

Then maybe after go for a cruise, up through the hills, pending the weather.

 

Post in here if your interested, and we'll see if we can organise something.

He very nearly lost his life about a year ago in the hills, thats why.

 

If you drive like a wanker in the hills, you're bound to come unstuck and have something happen to you.

I know quite a few guys from ae82ownersclub will be coming along. Maybe we could make it one big group. I wanna be at both but stuff copping the petrol bill for two days of hills runs! :lolcry:

 

Two of my mates are bringing ksevs plus I know of 4 others that are coming so far with their rollas, oh yeah, and me in my currently rather sorry looking gt.

 

Ha ha, I just reread the details for thread and realised we're talking a totally different month! So, both cruises sound sweet. I'll try to be at both and the Top Gear photography one in July. Yippee!!

hope this isnt a rolla only cruise? wont have my rolla by the date but would still like to get out and see other peoples rides. if I'm in i'll be bringing the hearse or maybe the ute. hmmm desicions.

Raven, that is a good point, you can drive up through the hills without being a wanker, and still have fun. After all, it's a cruise, not a race.

Also, I don't know whether people have any preferences for hills runs, so if anyone wants to PM me a map, or ideas for runs that'd be kewl.

Time wise, was thinkin, meet around 7 or something? Then leave say an hour later.

 

Dunno what length of cruise people wanna go on, so put in a few ideas.
