Yeah i'm not 100% convinced, so will be trying it myself.

 

The table cloth catching on fire was making me apprehensive, as this could have been cause by a different heat source under it. :P

Well if we think of it in terms of real life experience (bad case but eh). Microwave pop corn takes about 30secs to start poping. Thats using enegery magnitudes higher then a cellphone.

 

Unless cellphones some how hit the perfect resonance of corn or some other bullshit :P

Something like 900 & 1800mhz for GSM and 850mhz for 3G.

 

This is so ridiculously fake. I put money on that you could stick the popcorn in an exposed tower feed cable and NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN.
