Can anyone tel me if a ke30 diff will bolt straight into a ke20 & if not what changes do i have to make. :P

no it won't bolt straight in as the leaf spring mounts are further apart.

If you are after a bolt pattern change, fit the ke30 axels into the ke20 housing after machining a little bit off the axels. If not, don't bother.

thanks 4 your help. I take it that Ke20 are 110mmX4 studs and Ke30 are 114.3mmX4, Is that correct. Also can you tell me the length of Ke 30, drum to drum. Cheers, Paul.

Dude, KE20 and 30 both run a front loading diff (unless you have an aus-delivered diff in your KE20).

 

Better off doing what Colin said and shortening a pair of KE30 axles.
