can you get 17" jellybeans?

Hahaha, I recon it would look funny. Actually, some of the 4WD rims I've seen in america do look a little like jellybeans, except they're like 21" or something stupid like that... Typically spotted on things like Hummers...

Heh. Well, we removed bodgy wheel covers from the wagon yesterday (I think Haikal has named her Gizelle? Sounds suspiciously like Gazelle (EWW) but he assures me it's a name of a hot supermodel...), looks much better. Running 175/65R14's on like 14x5.5 steelies looks funny, the tyres actually look phat.

 

Changed engine oil, filter, plugs, air filter, coolant yesterday, and replaced the top half of the thermostat housing (it was so corroded through). Bottom half looks alright, but surface isn't flash so just using the paper gasket didn't seal, so we ripped it off and put lots of gasket goo in, will have to check it again sometime.

 

On the list of things to do still are gearbox and diff oil (just to be on the safe side), check points, might get a Jaycar HEI kit in.

This wagon does indeed rock. She's just what a, umm... car should be: A great ride, and very forgiving of mistakes. :D The way I was driving last night (if you can call it that), a lesser car would have just died on me.
