October 11, 200817 yr comment_280738 Dash panel, or front vent panel, either way they are both spot welded in. Drilling would be required, not really worth it in both cases. Report

October 11, 200817 yr comment_280828 best bet would be to get one of those sand blaster things and clean it out threw the wiper motor linkage covers holes, just paint it with some black and a brush, its not really visible Report
